How do I open up an account with Taikan?
If you are a new customer and would like to establish an open credit account with us, we require the following information.

Three Trade References | Company Name, Telephone, Contact Information
Bank | Name, Telephone, Account Number, & Contact Information

The processing time is approximately 2-3 business days and approved customers will receive terms of 30 days.

How do I create an online account with Taikan?
Simply click on the top right link "LOGIN HERE" and it will redirect you to our login & registration page. Fill out the appropriate information in the right column, under "Registration." Once you submit your information and see a confirmation page, your online account will be active!

What are the different shipping options?
Taikan customers have several shipping options to meet their needs:
• UPS (standard shipping)
• Prepaid Truck Shipments
• Air Shipment, that can be prepaid or billed to a customer account.
ª Partial Shipments, unless notified

*Lost or shortages from shipments must be reported within 10 days of the invoice date.

Returns & Warranties
Products can be returned for replacement, repair or credit after a return authorization number and shipping instructions have been issued by Taikan. Download PDF here.
