Placing Orders |
Placing an order can be done by either calling or faxing your purchase order. Please have the following information ready when you call in your order.

- Purchase Order Number
- Taikan Part Number and Order Quantity
- Shipping Address

Taikan customers have several shipping options to meet their needs: |

Prepaid truck shipments

Air shipment requests that can be prepaid or billed to a customer's account

Partial shipments, unless notified
*Lost or shortages from shipments must be reported within 10 days of the invoice date |
Returning Goods |
Products can be returned for replacement, repair or credit after a return authorization number and shipping instructions have been issued by Taikan.
*All returns must be pre-approved by Taikan. Possible restocking charges may apply |
