55 Series OUTDOOR TAPS & MAINLINE PASSIVES

Taikan’s 55 series Outdoor Taps have been designed with the future of the CATV industry in mind. The 55 series 1 and 1.2 GHz bandwidth options support DOCSIS 3.1 (FDD), while our 1.8 GHz bandwidth option supports Full Duplex DOCSIS (FDX) systems to offer additional usage and Broadband services. All units come complete with a factory installed power passing bar for uninterrupted service when the faceplate is removed. Interchangeable faceplates with the 2, 4, and 8 port models allow for future network growth while minimizing costly equipment upgrades for providers. All taps are backed by Taikan’s one year limited warranty.
